A New York Appeals Court has upheld a decision to hold as void a prenuptial agreement.  Wife says she was tricked into signing by her husband to be four days prior to their wedding and that he presented the prenuptial agreement to her promising that he would rip it up when they had children but that if she did not sign it the wedding would not take place.

The New York Appeals Court upheld the decision of the Long Island Court that the agreement had been fraudulently induced.
