Sophie Hull

Sophie joined Townsend’s in January 2026 and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

Before relocating to Cheshunt from her hometown of Southend, she worked as a Health Care Assistant in a busy NHS A&E department. Her experience in a high‑pressure clinical environment provided her with a strong foundation in clear communication, empathy, and attention to detail—qualities that support her work as an Office Assistant within a fast‑paced family law practice.

Sophie is particularly passionate about creating a smooth and positive experience for clients and helping to ensure the firm’s day‑to‑day operations run efficiently. Her friendly manner and proactive approach make her a reliable first point of contact for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going to the gym and caring for her miniature Pomeranian called Pooch. She also loves to travel and explore new places.
